Donya Molock, RN, CPC, CPMA, CRC – Founder
From the bustling halls of Aetna, a CVS Health Company, where I served as an Appeals Nurse Consultant, to the dynamic landscape of Magellan Health, where I coordinated care for Medicaid beneficiaries, my professional trajectory has been anything but ordinary.
So, what drives a nurse to delve into the complexities of medical coding, audit processes, risk adjustment, and HEDIS measures? I thrive on the challenge of dissecting appeal requests, scrutinizing claims, and deciphering benefits documentation for managed care organizations.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of traversing diverse healthcare landscapes.
